Troubleshooting help if roles are not being assigned

• Use /setup "Remove discord role rule" command to see if rules are saved and being returned in list

• View discord server settings => roles

  • Make sure the bot has correct permissions to assign roles

  • check the order of where the bots roles show in role list. Roles can only inherit max permissions the role above them have. You may need to move the bots role higher in list so it can have higher permissions
